These rules apply to the entire forum. However, certain sections may have additional rules which must also be followed. The mods and admins will do their best to enforce these rules, but should they fail to catch a violation, please PM one of the mods or admins so that the violation can be dealt with.
there are some basic rules regarding conduct:
- ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR: No name-calling, bullying, antagonizing or abusive behavior.
- CAUSING TROUBLE: Those who come only to cause trouble will be banned.
- BAD LANGUAGE: Keep in mind that young people may be reading your posts, so don't use foul language of any kind.
- CRITICISM: Constructive criticism is allowed, even encouraged. Negative and/or hateful criticism is not.
INDECENT MATERIAL: Young people may be viewing topics. Keep any and all images, videos, audio clips, and links to other websites G-rated. No suggestive material or nudity is allowed at all. This includes anything sexually oriented or sexually explicit.
- OPINIONS: If you disagree with someone's opinion, remember that they have a right to their opinion, as do you to yours.
- STAY ON-TOPIC: When you post or make a topic, keep it to-the-point. Put a topic in the proper section, as well as you can determine.
- NO SPAM: No, I'm not talking about that stuff in a can. Spam is posting irrelevant or otherwise useless information in a topic, having nothing to do with the subject at hand
- DOUBLE, TRIPLE, ... POSTING: There are some instances (such as fanfics) where multiple consecutive (one-after-another) posts are allowed. However, in general, multiple consecutive posts in a regular topic are frowned upon. Some games here may allow it though, so check out the game's rules before you play it to be sure. Accidental double/triple/etc. posting won't get you in trouble, nor will double-posting if you're no longer able to edit your original post for some reason and you need to add to that post.
- HAVE FUN! We don't have these rules to try and hold you down. We want everyone to have a great time, make friends and enjoy themselves here. The admins and mods are here to keep the order, but we want to have fun just like you.
